🧮 Weight‑Based Selling, Categories & Subcategories, Hold Sale, Live Profit, Receipt Enhancements

🧮 Weight‑Based Selling

• Sell by weight – mark a product as weight‑based, set price per kg and stock in kg.
• Weight input modal on POS – when a weight product is selected, a popup asks for the kg amount, auto‑calculates total (kg × price/kg) and adds to cart.
• Weight display in POS grid – shows “/kg” and stock in kg.
• Weight indicators on receipts – thermal and A4 receipts show per‑kg price and kg quantity.
• Kg sold column in Profit tab – separate column showing total kg sold for weight products.
• Weight toggle in Settings – admin can globally enable/disable weight features.

📂 Categories & Subcategories

• Category manager – new “Categories” tab in Admin Panel where you create/delete categories and subcategories.
• Dropdown selection in product form – when adding/editing a product, you choose the category and subcategory from dropdowns (instead of free‑text).
• Two‑level filtering in POS grid – category tabs at the top; selecting a category shows its subcategories as secondary tabs.

🛑 Hold Sale

• Pause a transaction – cashier can hold the current cart (including customer, discount, coupon, deposit) to process another sale.
• Single‑slot hold – only one sale can be held at a time; held sale shows as a banner in the cart area with total and item count.
• Resume / Delete – cashier can resume the held sale (restoring all details) or delete it.

💰 Live Profit in Sales History

• Filter‑aware profit – a profit card now appears at the top of the Sales History tab.
• Updates automatically – changes when you filter by date or cashier.
• Same calculation – uses revenue allocation minus cost for fully‑paid sales in the filtered list.

🖨️ Receipt Enhancements

• Customer / Table shown on A4 receipts – the selected customer name or restaurant table appears on A4 invoices.
• Weight product details on both formats – thermal and A4 receipts now explicitly show “/kg” and kg quantities for weight items.

All existing customers can update for free – the auto‑updater will download v1.1.1 automatically.
